May 5, 2025	Intent to Apply Required- vendor questions
May 6, 2025	Vendor Questions Deadline
May 7, 2025	Answers Distributed
May 9, 2025	Proposal Submission Due
June 13, 2025	Selected vendors to present virtually
June 20, 2025	Notification of Award
