All Navajo Preparatory School Board meetings are being held in-person with an option to join virtually via Zoom.

Speaking in front of the Board of Trustees

In-person guests wishing to address the Board are asked to complete the “Request to Participate in Public Comment” form found on the sign-in table. Completed forms should be handed to the Head of School or designee prior to the start of the board meeting. Individuals will be called upon to speak during the meeting’s Introduction of Guests, Public Comments, and Announcements section.

Virtual guests – During the School Board meeting, virtual guests will be asked to state their full name, relation to the school (parent, student, community member, etc.), and reason for attending the board meeting. Those who wish to provide Public Comment must state the topic of their public comment and that they have read and acknowledge the standards of etiquette and conduct for public speakers as established on the “Request to Participate in Public Comment” form.
