We setting up 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) on the Navajo Prep site. This means that in addition to entering your name and password, you'll be asked to verify your identity with a one-time verification code via an authenticator application.
If you already have an authenticator app you may continue using it for this process. If you haven't used one, we recommend Google Authenticator. Download link for iOS and Android are available here.
STep 1
The system will send you an email from the email address support@malcare.com. Click the link that says Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
Step 2
After clicking the link you'll be taken to a page that looks like the image below. Follow the instructions to set up your 2 Factor Authentication.

You should then see this screen if your set up has been successful:

You should also receive this confirmation email at your account's email address:
LOGGING INTO Navajoprep.com
You should now be asked for a 2FA Code generated from your authenticator app in addition to your login and password. Generally the 2FA Code is required after you've already entered your login and password.
